Ledger kept by Dr. Jacob Hook of Kingston, New Hampshire, containing account entries primarily for medical services from 1785 to 1792. Entries include names, medicines and medical care administered, and credits or debits for Hook's services. Also contains a copy of Hook's last will and testament.
