Notes on eleven case histories of patients, on whom eight autopsies were performed, dated in 1734, in the hand of an unidentified physician in Boston, Massachusetts. The physician dissected bodies of patients who died from causes including dysentery, head trauma, and phthisis pulmonalis (tuberculosis).
